The following information is provided to assist model users
1 Information Form on the Products Table - Enter details

3 How to - execute the following actions:
Q How to copy input data in a cell to all columns (periods)
A Select the cell - enter value - Right click to copy across remaining periods to Month 24
Q How to change the screen size - (a) Increase / (b) Decrease
A To increase - Ctrl + To decrease - Ctrl -
Q How to Add or Delete items
A All sheets have + Add and Delete buttons
4 Input Sheet 1 - Product Categories - Trading Start Month
a Enter product details for each product - per month
b Product quantity (volumes) - NB. Enter whole numbers (integers) - no decimals
c Unit Cost
d Unit Selling Price
e Enter all values as whole numbers (integers) - omit decimals
5 Input Sheet 2 - Fixed Expenses- i.e. Expenses based on time - NOT sales
Select the Fixed Expenses Tab
a Enter values for each expense - per month
b Using drop down indicate whether expense will be paid for in cash (or EFT) OR on credit -e.g. 30 days
c Ignore non applicable expenses
d New expense accounts will be added at bottom of list - click Add Fixed Expense
e The following expenses will require schedules - see below - Advertising, Electricity & Water, Rental, Salaries
f A separate schedule for Lease costs has been set up on the Deposits sheet

a As user can edit or modify all input data, for any period, no inflation factors for selling prices or cost prices
have been provided.
b The model is currency agnostic - users can operate in any currency.
c. No audit trail has been provided - users to document changes
d. Users to indicate for each fixed Expense whether paid in cash - or purchased on credit
e. Four Fixed Expenses have supporting schedules - i.e. Advertising, Electricity and Water, Rent and Salaries
